I am still using Fido phone, but I don't use Fido Home Internet anymore.
I returned Wifi Modem last month, and I got a credit balance today.
I can see it on Home Internet dashboard which I don't use anymore.
Can I transfer the credit balance to Fido Phone?
or can I transfer it to my bank account?

Yes you can transfer a balance from one account to the other as long as you're the account holder of both accounts.
That said, a transfer is possible when a payment or credit was misapplied. In your case, the credit is part of the regular deactivation process. Meaning that we'll credit back a prorated amount of your monthly fees (for the unused days left on your cycle), and a refund will be automatically issued by check to your billing address.
