Home internet suddenly failed

Hi Fido internet guys,

 

Long time customer, first time tech prob. My home internet stopped working, no outage in area, tried unplugging model power, changing cable hookups, double checked coaxial, etcetera, no dice. Called tech support not open, good service guys. What do I do now?
