Home internet not working

On modem  @ symbol light is not flashing nor it is lighted.

There is no outage right now so you'd need to reach out to technical support so they do some troubleshooting and find what's causing this.

Have you tried rebooting the modem?  If you did and you're still having issues, I would suggest reaching out to our technical support team.  You can find their contact info here.

I'm having the same problems and why do we need to reach out for tech support when it's a fido problem, not a consumer one... The Internet is working off and on
