I disconnected my home internet because I moved out and new place have internet, On my account the billing is showing $ -30 and I call fido they were saying you will get your money back but 3 weeks past still didnt receive return on my credit card.
Please advise anyone face the same issue.
The refund will be sent via cheque to the address on file it usually takes 3 weeks after the final invoice has been produced but it can take up to 6 weeks.
If you did not update your address the cheque would have been sent to your old address, you will need to contact customer service and let them know you moved you can also request they put the refund back to the credit card this usually needs to be done before the cheque has been made. customer service will be able to help you once they look at the account.
