I am having inconsitant speed and drop out issues quite frequently since last one month. I contacted technical support and reset the mordem however problem still persist.
Fido: can you please help me out...it's really frustrating to see you don't have internet in the middle of the important meeting or kid's complaining again and again for internet drop outs.

I'm sorry to learn that you've been experiencing this situation with your Home Internet service. I totally understand that a reliable connection is important, these days!
To get to the bottom of this, I'll need to ask you a few questions to get started :
1. When you contacted Tech Support, were other steps done for troubleshooting?
2. Do you see any blue lights on your modem, or only green ones?
3. Are you using a third party router as well, or just the Fido modem?
