Has anyone actually received their gift card?
It has been over 10 weeks since my order date, and switching to Fido internet. I have contacted two customer service agents and both have them have told me I should be receiving it soon, and still no emails about my supposed promotional gift card (and yes, I have checked my spam and junk folders as well). I am very disappointed with Fido and frustrated because it feels like this was all a ploy to get me to switch my provider.
They are saying that you should contact customer service if you havent received it - but I have already done that twice with no solution in sight. So dissapointing.

Did you make sure to double check your junk and spam folders?
