Higher ping than normal. League of legends

I am connected to my CODA-4582U router via the ethernet. When the ethernet cable was first installed, my in game ping was constant 28-29 for a few days. However, recently, I am getting 33-40 ping with spikes to 60.

Can someone please help me diagnose or identity the issue? I am not too familiar with home networking.
