Trying to view my internet bill but an error messaging saying "Looks like we are having system issues and can't show your bill right now". Any help ?

Are you still getting an error message when trying to access your online billing? We can suggest resetting your password and access to Fido.ca as a workaround.
That said, if your access to your online billing is still not working, you can reach out to us at these channels so we can take a closer look at it.
