Haven’t received $50 Best Buy gift card YET

I signed up mobile and a home internet bundle in 2019 August, and STILL have not received the $50 Best Buy gift card that came along with it. 

I have been to the store that I signed up, but they just told me check the website and that was it.

I waited sooooooooo long!!!

Just to make sure, which plan did you sign up with?

 

Did you receive the email invitation to register for the promotion online at myfidopromotions.com?

If so, what does your status show?

To clarify, the email invitation is only sent if you signed up with an eligible plan during the promotional period.
