Hard to find 5g wifi after device start-up

Fido home internet, Hitro 4582, band steering off, both 2.4g and 5g enabled.

Everytime after device start-up, only see 2.4g wifi ssid, had to wait one miniute or two until the 5g wifi ssid shows up and available to connect. Sometimes even have to restart the device.

This is odd, you should be able to connect on the Wi-Fi without a problem

When did the problem start exactly on your end? Also, are you gettting any error message on your devices?
