HOME INTERNET DOWN AGAIN

Service is extremely HORRIBLE. I have no internet since 5 Days. If you call customer care, you wait for 1 hour on the phone to reach out to them. Their only solution then is to change the router at a FIDO store and guess what, none of the stores have routers available. This is the second time im changing my router in 2 months. Was promised for a router to be delivered home, only to call back and find out the agent forgot to do his job.

 

No matter how cheap they provide you their services, please dont take it.

I have the same issue- I replaced my modem 3 times and still no service reliability.
