If you did not change the modem's login password then it will be the same password you used for the WiFi if you can not remember it and have a windows computer still connected see here for instructions on how to view the password. If you have an Android device connected see here.
If none of these methods works for you then the next best solution is to factory reset the modem and set it up again.
