Fluctuation home internet speeds

Just upgraded my home internet from 75 MB to the 150 MB dwnld package . I get the high speeds at night but not during day where it can be as slow as only 5 MB dwnld 😬....those are not the speeds I'm paying for !  I do not live in an appartement block filled with gamers creating bottlenecks.

Anybody else got erratic internet with Fido ? If this keeps on going I will have to switch to the fibre optic package of Bell.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your internet speed.

Have you tried reboot your modem?

Also, have you contacted tech support regarding this?
