On the fido website it shows 24/7 365 days a year support for their Technical Support Phone Number but I am calling on Saturday March 6 at 6 AM from Toronto and it says that there are no agents available due to technical difficulties?

As the error message said there was a tech issue, it should have been resolved a little later on in the day.
