On the fido website it shows 24/7 365 days a year support for their Technical Support Phone Number but I am calling on Saturday March 6 at 6 AM from Toronto and it says that there are no agents available due to technical difficulties?

If you guys have any solution for me to reach a live agent. Thanks

For home internet, support is available 24/7 both by phone and by Live Chat.

As the error message said there was a tech issue, it should have been resolved a little later on in the day.

Did you try calling back to get things resolved? You can reach tech support for home internet directly at 1-888-259-3436.
