Hey there, I have recently cancelled my Fido internet services mid-billing and returned the modem through Canada Post as instructed. But I still haven't gotten any response that they have received the modem nor is there any change in my account, I'm trying to contact Fido but the queue is just too long. My next billing date is in 2 days and I'm worried I might get charged again. Should I just unlink the internet account and what will happen to the refund?
