I live in a condo (North of Scarborough).  My modem is in my Sunroom.  I only got internet service around my Sunroom area.  When I am going to a room further away from the modem, I cannot get any internet service.  I got an extender, it only works for my Fire Stick but not other devices e.g. cell phone, ipad, computer. How to improve this situation?

A WiFi extender will only extend the same quality of signal it is getting it does not improve the signal quality.

If you put the extender where the signal is bad it will just extend the same bad quality you need to place the extender where the signal quality is better.

Also depending on the materials used to build your sunroom it could be blocking the signal and you might want to consider moving the modem to a better location in your condo.

You can put it in each rooms.
