Connection problems?

I have Fido Internet 75 and yesterday my phone just stopped connecting to the internet along with my boyfriend and roommates phones. Our laptops and Ipad are connected to the internet but the phones will not connect.  This problem has continued and I am wondering what I should do.

You certainly have an unusual problem there. Have you tried to restart the modem?

If yes, have you tried to restore the modem back to the original settings?
