Is anyone else having issue with their home internet ? I'm in etobicoke north and cannot get through to any representative in Fido

Have you tried to power-cycle (turn off, then on) your home internet modem?
If that doesn't work, you can contact our home internet support line via 1-888-236-FIDO (3436).
