Cannot sync my account to my email correctly.

I'm tired of calling to properly setup my account. 

I've been at the Fido store twice, been on 4 calls with general support, 2 calls with validation, and MyAccount STILL cannot show my new internet account when I log in.  

Can someone fix the issue?
