,Someome in my household has changed 5he password for the 5G network using the CODA admin site and now we are locked out of both the 5G network and the CODA site. Is there a way to reset everything manually myself, or will I need to call in a tech (or possibly order a new modem)??

You will need to contact our technical support team for that. You can change the password yourself only if you already know the current password.
That said, is there any particular reason for which you need a new modem?
