Is impossible contact by phone customer service for cancelation  mi Internet Home... and how can I get a confirmation my request sending by the app I need immediately (today )  the cancelation request be done please someone help me.? I know the modem and cables I will bring to the near store a soon as possible.

Hi @Agarciab12 you will need to contact customer support in order to process the cancellation and they will send you a return label so you can ship the modem back. Due to the current situation stores are not accepting drop-offs.
