When I set up my modem recently, I turned off bandsteering so I could control which devices connect to 2.4G vs 5G. Today I noticed the 5G network is missing. I tried logging into my Hitron modem but I can't get in username 'cusadmin' and my wifi password, nor 'password'. I also tried using my SSID and wifi password but it doesn't work either. Do I need to do a factory reset? And what would cause this to happen in the first place?

Usually, when setting up the modem the WiFi password will be the same password used to login to the modem unless you went in and change it, since you tried every combination you know of and you can't get in then a factory reset would be the step.
