I am calling Fido since last 4 days and waiting for 3-3 hours everyday. Even no one is answering on live chat. That's completely frustrating. After work I don't have 3 hours to waste on waiting.

We definitely understand how frustrating waiting can be and it's not what we want you to have to go through. Our current promotions are keeping us busier than usual but I can assure you that we're doing everything that we can to get back to everyone as soon as we can.
