Well for over a year I have not gotten service I paid for. They ignored me just keep billing no service. I stopped paying they sent technician  who confirmed the line outside the house is faulty and will put temporary line in until permanent line can be put in.  That October 31 2023. Still faulty internet no temp line now cut off.  It is a shame Rogers/fido are pay us we fix and not once have they. I guess I am stuck taking to court. Mean while I can not have internet as cable is defective so no reseller and bell has no fiber run to my house so cannot service till spring. Well let's hope the 78 yr old lady living here does not freeze to death as furnace is run by internet. Hope every customer specialist I dealt with is ready as because I can not type fast the AI jack hangs up and each customer service specialist says Well that's the world sorry maybevfindcacyonger person to type for you. Rogers/Fido an discriminating company to elderly and disabled. I hope see makes it to morning as this house including wall plus require internet so have no heat.
