Very bad experience, bad service

Im a new Fido Home internet customer. Just joined 8 days,  no wifi signal for 3 days. 1st time was  the modem problem and need waited next day for replace.  2nd time was start on  yesterday Dec 22 11am.  Chat with technical who saide my area were network outage , as of now Dec 23 14:22pm, still no signal.  Didn't get any updates status.

Are you still experiencing problems using your home interent since your last post? If so, I would recommend contacting our technical support line again to escalate the matter.
