I signed up for Fido internet due to the $150 Amazon giftcard that I was meant to receive as part of the promo. It was supposed to arrive to my email within a 6 week window.
It is now week 9 and still no giftcard sent to my inbox or junk box... Multiple follow ups to be told to "wait longer". I was hoping to have received this well before this point to use it for some Christmas shopping.
Would a rep please look into this?
