Hello,
I am a bit confused about linking the fido account to an online account (I want to view my bill). I signed up for internet in store 2 weeks ago and they made me a new account. Today I try using the email I provided in store then realized I don't know the password to the account (did I make a password in store and just forgot??). I tried registering a new account with the same email provided in store and upon login in it says to link my fido account. I clicked I am the account holder and when I enter the fido account number it says it is already linked... to the same email for this new account which is prompting me to link to my fido account.
I am so confused. What did I do wrong??

Welcome to the Community!
Do you also have a Fido phone number with us? If yes, you should already be able to access your Internet account directly from the same online account (switching by clicking on "Services").
If not, did you try the "Forgot Password" option? It could solve the situation here
