Modem keeps dropping internet

I just received my modem (Hitron) Model number: CODA-4582U. Internet drops everytime I search a page, works for maybe a miniute and just reconnects again. Please help me resolve this.

Cannot sync my account to my email correctly.

I'm tired of calling to properly setup my account. I've been at the Fido store twice, been on 4 calls with general support, 2 calls with validation, and MyAccount STILL cannot show my new internet account when I log in. Can someone fix the issue?
