Hi community
I've recently switched from Rogers and got my first internet bill
Since I went through self-serve installation, I never need to call to activate the line
And the reason for my post is when I checked on my bill
I saw Fido charged one day before I got my modem delivered
I am wondering why Fido charge me for the days I haven't start my service
and do I get price adjustment for the bill?
I tried to reach out by phone, but it will take one and a half hr waiting time
Since it's the busiest time of the year
I decided to give a shout here as well
I am free to be reach

well good luck, cause i wasted 6 hrs callling 4hrs typing and 1 hrs filing a compalin already, no joke
