5 days no service, bad modem, Terrible service

Fought to pick  up modem  twice ,first ti.e it wasn't ag the location, second time rude service at airport and queen ,got a bubble rapped modem that no one can figure out.

Hours and miles I've spent dealing with this and I've been a customer of 10 years with 3 cell phones. Terrible start for my internet.
