Home Internet slow after outage

No home internet - Day 3

This is day3 and I'm still left without home internet from Fido. I've restarted my modem many times over. How much longer do you need to fix this Fido? It's near impossible to get a hold of customer support over phone..so I'm left in the dark complet...
