2nd Light Flashing On Modem

Has anyone solved the issue of the second light blinking? It says on my browser that the modem didn't connect when I followed the instructions. So much for setting up internet in minutes...im an hour in and nothing is working.

Sorry to learn you're having trouble setting up your home internet. 

Have you tried to reset the modem and follow the instructions once more to see if that helps?
