My promo is $25 discount, but this time bill says I saved $19.xx.
My internet is $65 package, this time my bill says I need to pay $50.xx.

If you are not sure about the charges and discount on your invoice you would need to contact customer service so they can look at your account and clarify what is happening.

That page has all the different ways to contact Fido not just the community.
When it comes to account level issues calling would be the fastest way to get in touch with someone. Given the current situation the wait time would be longer it is still the faster.
