I signed up with Fido in December 2020 because they had a promotion that would give me $150 MasterCard gift card. I have emailed Fido multiple times over the past few months. At first they said it would take 60
days to process. Then they said they're going to look into it. It's been almost 160 days of waiting, of emailing and of waiting and no gift card. Where is my MasterCard gift card that was promised to me? Last month, I emailed Fido and told them that I will be moving to another internet provider if they don't resolve my issue by the end of May and I will be contacting the better business bureau.
