100 prepaid Mastercard? New Internet Signup

Hey ya'll.

Fido store told me black Friday i'd receive an email within 24 hours for a prepaid Mastercard, nothing as of yet. Does anyone have any idea how I register for this? I've done some googling and read that it would be on https://myfidopromotions.com/ but that page is empty.

Try a different browser, the page is not empty when I try it. 

I can see the info to start the registration process.
