I wanted to change my plan online and asking why I couldn't change it for the current date somehow got me to the office of the president where they told me explaining things was above their paygrade. I never did get an answer but after being tossed around to talk to different people for something that should have been simple I will be leaving fido. Thanks for wasting my time I guess?
