Great customer service. Answers phone quickly. Usually able to fix problem immediately and is able to transfer you to someone who can if not. The fido extended allows coverage nearly everywhere in Canada. They used to have the cheapest plans and I am grandfathered in on one but within the last couple years I have found that my friends have better plans with other carriers. Fido always carries the newest phones available.
