Good morning @Gur123 , are you currently in the US? If you don't want to use your device while in the US, turn off data roaming, or put your device in airplane mode, or better yet turn off your device. When you have your device on when you leave the country, you will get that message to let you know you are roaming and you won't be charged any more than $12 per day of use. That's to save you from astronomical roaming fees that add up pretty quickly. You have the option to call in and have the roaming feature removed from your plan and then pay per use kicks in. If you are traveling and only want to use wifi, I suggest removing your Sim card and put it in a safe place until you return home. If you have an esim, you can disable it it settings on your device.
