As a longtime Fido Customer (19 years now), I have watched the company evolve over time, even prior to the acquisition by Rogers. I have sent you many many new customers because your products, service and values are the best in Canada. Fido has always been a Leader, it is important that you maintain that relationship with your clients, it's what separates you from the others.

Lastly, I recommend combined billing for home internet and mobile customers.

My billing works out fine, but I just have a Cel and a home phone.  Rates are always consistant and auto-withdrawal of charges makes it easy .  I just don't have a use for the Fido Bucks.....

I have Fido internet at home and Fido Cell but they have to be paid separately through different accounts.

Our Home Internet service and our Mobile Phone service use two different billing systems. That's why the billing for the two are separate.
