Lost phone on Nov.29th Air Canada flight Vancouver to Toronto can this phone be tracked if not set up

My phone has not been turned in yet to lost and ound at Toronto airport. I have already suspended my service for my phone.  Initially I did not set up my phone for tracking purposed.  Can my phone still be tracked somehow??

Unfortunately, since there is no service to the phone and if you did not enable location services then you will not be able to track the phone.
