HI, I just got an Alcatel Idol 4s Windows Phone and can't find the My Account app for it. Is the app no longer supporting windows?

The My Account app is available for Androids and Apple phones at this time.
If you can't get the app, you can still check your usage and balance on fido.ca and by dialing *28 for the balance and *3337 for your usage.
