Fido MyAccount application - new android version issue

I am using Samsung Note 2, previously MyAccount was working properly. From last two weeks when I try to login to my account it shows MyAccount has stopped. I am not able to use my extra free data and am having trouble logging in to my account.

We have three cell phone lines. we just got 2 of the lines upgraded with the refurbished Samsung galaxy s10e. now with the new phones when we login into my account we see the line that did not get upgraded. It's like all 3 numbers are the same as we ...

Hello,  Post the most recent fido app update, I am unable to scroll in the list of fido's xtras.  I have restarted and uninstalled and reinstalled. I continue to experience the issue.  I am using the Xperia Xz2.  Thanks

Hit a snag problem with the fido app

Hi my fido app isnt working for the past week it's been saying sorry we hit a snag when I try login with the app but I am able to log in the fido.ca website perfectly fine I never had this problem before.
