Hey gang,

 

The new update of the My Account App does not appear to allow online payments.

When I have logged on and viewed my bill, the page for credit card entry does not function properly. The credit card number input is the regular Samsung keyboard, and the numbers are never recognized, always saying to input a valid 16 digit number. The expiry and security code never seems to be a problem, however.. Would love to be able to make payments on the App again as I usually did.

Just following up with you: did you get the chance to uninstall the Fido app and install it back? Are you still having the same issues with the app?

 

We'd love to know if that fixed it, or if you still need any help! Keep us posted.

That's definitely odd, the new app should accept payments!

 

Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app? Also, can you double check to be sure you have the latest version of the Fido app installed?

 

Try that out, let us know if it works, and we'll go from there!
