Logging into my account using the app

I've been able to login to the App previously but the past month or so it won't let me in. I've tried to redownload and use it but it keeps saying “sorry. we have hit a snag.” i have tried everything!! I can login through a browser like I'm using right now to write this but the App doesn't work. help

Hey @razor111

 

I'm sorry to learn you're having trouble accessing the app.  Do you get this error message when you log in or when the app asks you if you have a Fido number?  Also, do you use your email address or your phone number to log in online and on the app?

I'm using the same credentials as when I sign on here on the browser. With my email and correct password. No issues online, just the App
