I have the Huawei p20 pro with a pulse plan. The software and app are both up to date, but I keep getting a popup message "sorry something went wrong don't worry you haven't started using your databytes". Once I click ok, I have no way of accessing my databytes. Please help.

I have never used data bytes before. No changes were made during this billing cycle. I was on mobile data when I attempted to use data bytes.

Did this error occur immediately after you clicked on the Data Bytes banner on the app?
