Fido Xtra $5 Tims Card not working

When I click the "Get my E-Gift card" link it sends me to redeem.yourdigitalreward.com. But, i'm getting this error for more than 2 weeks "Your request is still being processed. Do not refresh your browser". I tried multiple times for more than 2 weeks and it still doesnt work. It says "If you come back tomorrow and still see this message after 24 hours, please contact program coordinator. Tomorrow is the last day to grab this offer. Good morning @Hariharasudhan , congratulations on winning an e-card. Sorry it's being difficult to retrieve it. Have you contacted customer support Here to discuss this?  That's the only way to have it looked into. With time being short,  I would try contacting fidosolutions on Twitter if that's a platform you use. Any of the methods mentioned at the above link will work also. Cheers
