I ordered a phone over the phone with a fido representative, will that phone begin being shipped before or after i pay the monthly bill?

I got the tab24 and spoke to a fido representative and i ordered a cellphone through fido answers on wednesday. how long do you think it would take for the phone to come in? i live in ontario
