This trick worked for me everytime my phone bugs out or just stutters too often. I reboot the system and don't touch it for a good 5 minutes. After that everything should be running smoothly again

"Reboot" means the same as the term "restart", so it would involve turning your phone off and then back on again.

When I charge my phone and it finish fully charging I always restart it before using.
