I have ordered 2 SIM. After lot of follow up the SIM cards came after 15 days. Now both of the sim when I put on mobile does not have signal. Please help.  Customer service is useless. Fido shops are also useless

  Welcome to the community!


   To clarify, are those replacement SIMs or are they for newly acquired lines? If they are replacement SIM cards, you will have to update the SIM card information for the line(s). If you have post-paid plans, you should be able to update the information via your My Account --> View Usage & Manage. From your Dashboard, there should be the option to Manage SIM (under Quick Actions, near bottom of page). Once updated, your phone number would be associated with the new SIM card.


  If your lines are pre-paid, you might need to update the SIM cards in-store (see here).
