I have this.add.on 2500 minutes forwarding.. for 5$ yeah! Get it at Fido when.you forward calls to another service that as minutes limitation(e.g. 500 minutes call ) it will.count towards that service just keep in mind  if day time calls forward.to another cell number!

I found a way of doing this by going deep in the phone settings and changing the voice mail number to another number to get the call on. 

Insdead of going to the call center it just sends to another number on with no restrictions at all. 

This could be a bug though
